Pastor Scott's deepest desire is for everyone to experience the transformative and redeeming love of Jesus Christ through faith in Him. Raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida—just an hour north of Miami—Scott faced many challenges in his childhood. However, after committing his life to Jesus as a teenager, he experienced the profound impact of Christ’s love, especially through his involvement in his church youth group. This early encounter with Jesus’ grace became a foundation for his life.
Scott attended the United States Air Force Academy, where he majored in Business Management. Upon graduating, he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in 2005 and went on to serve as a pilot of the KC-135 Stratotanker from 2006 to 2014, completing nine combat deployments overseas. In 2014, he transitioned to remotely piloted aircraft and was stationed at Creech Air Force Base.
Since 2007, Scott has been a committed leader in church youth groups, gaining valuable experience in churches of all sizes. After serving for four years at Central Church, one of the largest churches in Las Vegas, Scott and his wife, Mac, felt called to use their gifts to serve in smaller churches throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
In 2022, God placed a calling on Scott’s heart to plant a new church. In pursuit of this mission, he enrolled in a Master of Divinity program at Regent University, a top-ranked national seminary, in 2023.
Scott’s military service has been marked by numerous accolades, including twelve Air Medals, thirty-two Aerial Achievement Medals, and three Meritorious Service Medals. He has also been awarded an honorary Doctorate of Divinity and currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserves.
Beyond his military and ministry work, Scott is actively involved in two city-wide charity organizations: Critical Care Comics and the Star Wars Collective. Both serve hospitals, intensive care units, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation across the Las Vegas Valley. Scott is committed to embodying Christ’s servant heart by using his talents and spiritual gifts to make an impact both inside and outside the church.
